Background
Jade was born in Near Harad in one of the few small nations who refused to bow to Sauron’s might. Her family escaped north just before Sauron crushed all who wouldn’t obey him and they found refuge in the land of Dorwinion when Jade was 15 years old. They made a life of peace and happiness there but Jade wanted to fight against Sauron and explore the rest of the world. So at age 19 she left Dorwinion and traveled to Eriador with a group of traders, where she met a young adventurous hobbit named Astariae and joined the Knights of Eriador, with whom she had begun to find a true home.
