Born and raised in Dol Amroth, not far from the docks, Abbeth Heledirn had what could be considered a normal life... that is, until she was fourteen.

That year was perhaps the darkest year of her life, as her stepfather (though, until her mother had told her otherwise, Abbeth believed him her actual father), mother, and elder sister were killed (Abbeth is the second daughter of four), leaving Abbeth and her two younger sisters to fend for themselves essentially.

At age fifteen, driven by a need to protect her remaining family, she joined an organization, where she learned to fight and defend herself, learning the skill set of... an assassin, perhaps?

However... what she learned did prove useful, as, at age sixteen, her very first kill happened, and to this day, Abbeth does not regret it. Two men had attempted to... do something very horrid to her younger sisters; one got away--a fact that Abbeth despises--while the other did not. She has heard nothing of the one who got away.

It has been eleven years since that night, now.

Abbeth is currently 27 years old, and her two sisters are wed--her worries about them gone due to this reason.

Recently, she has found more reason to stay in Bree, other than work, as she has found family here, as unintentional as it was...
