A brief history
     Elthedir was dropped off in Lorien as a child when, due to unfortunate circumstances and fearing for the safety of their son, his parents were forced to leave him in the hands of their relatives who dwelt there.
     So, he grew up beneath the trees of Lorien, remaining peacefully unaware of the troubles outside of the woods for many years. Instead turning his attentions to poetry, music and reading, caring for little else.
    He was a terribly shy child and, despite his more recent change in circumstance, this is still the case. Even now he finds it difficult to initiate interactions with others and often shies away from them altogether!

     Once, on a whim, he decided to travel to the edge of the woods and there saw, for the first time, what lay beyond the borders of his home.
     Now he travels, helping with the war effort where he can and more than often offering up a song or poem to those in need of a little hope or cheering up.
He tries his best to keep an optimistic mind and, despite the terrors in the world, he always  seeks to see the best in people. Though being a younger elf may help him in this respect, as he has experienced very few of life's sorrows and still remains horribly naive.
