| Name | Iorniel |
|---|---|
| Occupation | Resident of the Havens |
| Age | Middle-aged |
| Race | Elf |

| Residence | Mithlond |
| Kinship |
| Outward Appearance | As is often seen of the Tawarwaith of the Lórinand, Iorniel has hair dark of hue, much like her father of Noldor lineage. Her graceful stride is a byproduct of precision and great timing, for every moment spent awake the merriment of Arda hangs in her hair, and her personality. A vibrant and eager youthfulness surrounds her even as the time of the Firstborn comes to a close upon the shores of Middle-earth, soon to fade into the west. Treating every moment as an opportunity, the young Elf can be seen with a spring in her step and a song in her heart. Though her thoughts may be untroubled and clear, her eyes show a deeper understanding of the world itself, and in times of great peacefulness she has been known to work and weave with her surroundings, creating texts of lore and bracelets of Elanor.
She is usually swathed in robes of silks and varying fashions, with colours that complement the trees, and the flowers. However, on the road she has been known to change for travelling clothes that resist wear and tear more efficiently. However, her travels having taken her not far from the Havens, she has had no need to own sets of armour and weapons, which she deems necessary in such dark times but still the woe and suffering caused by them. Still, she keeps a pristine Mallorn bow in her possession to prepare her for the eventuality of a fight. |

Stories and Adventures:

Of Iorniel and Faelhîth: Part II

Iorniel serves the Flower of the Havens, yet long before this had she resided with her people in the golden boughs of the Lothlórien, east of the Hithaeglir where her parents had settled, her father being of Noldorin descent and her mother of Teleri lineage. Long after the events of the First Age and the War of Wrath there they had met and conceived child. In recent days she has travelled west-wards, aiding those of the Havens in their efforts to defend Mithlond and the lands surrounding from the threat of the Great Enemy. Her time can be seen spent in the company of the eaves and the boughs, against a creaking tree as old as the ages and with ink and quill. Having mastered the art of calligraphy and painting, she creates scrolls of lore which address the world and those inhabitants that she makes conversation with, though she can also be frequently seen in the company of the Loth-i-Lonnath, who she considers her kinsmen in such troubled times. However, unlike most of her acquaintances, she does not long for the white ship to Valinor, for in her mind any time spent upon the lands of Arda is one of great merriment and happiness, despite the rising shadow in the East, for in times of great despair there must be those that resist dread.

She is also known as Curulaer, which can be interpreted in a number of ways, though all of them relate back to the season of Summer. Whilst Curulaer may mean the Song of Summer, it may also mean that this young elf is a byproduct or a "craft" of Summer. It is unknown as to who granted her this name, and she is loath to tell much about it, beyond that it is the one she uses most frequently to those she knows not.
