Background
Originally founded many years ago in the Grey Mountains by the late Hepti Goldheart and Alfr Goldenhoard. Hepti and Alfr Lending has been active for many years distributing loans to finance businesses, mortgages, and even in some cases adventures. Eventually, the two dwarves moved to Thorin's Hall in the Blue Mountains and continued their lending service there. Hepti has since passed away but the business is still alive and running today under Alfr.
