Guruthos

"And they found the slaves? What of the camp?" The man asked as he sat at the head of the table, his fingers steepled with amber eyes peering out at him over the table. His brow raised just the same as his father had given him many years ago. It almost made him smile, remembering such a comrade.

"they did indeed. I sent a small detachment to bree, following their wounded. They made no effort to hide their tracks and we made it seem as if we were following them to hunt the packages." Domdrudis nodded, his hands placed together infront of him as he reported his findingds. Back in his armor, it felt like a second skin. Warm and comforting as if he'd been without  for ages.

"And what of the company that you ambushed?"  Yilgtyg asked, a smile creeping across his face that revealed sharpened, almost needle like teeth. He studied The hunter For several long moments in awaiting his reply.

"Scattered and broken, like a wave upon the rocks. They'll be licking their wounds and scared to their wits for some time to come." Doms face contorted into what could only be known as a grin that would make even a troll turn sick to its stomach.

"We'ven drawn the Pale haired boy to his northern home. He travels with a company, according to our spies. Our men lay siege to the crumpled pile of furs they call home and before this conversation is over it will be nothing more than smoldering ash. We found the one who gave care to him, she will be hung outside the camp as an example. I wished for him to lay eyes upon his home before I took his scalp." He continued, the grin growing ever more. His hand reaching out and placing a necklaces of small carved charms and slid them accross the table. "I requested trophies be taken of course, for you. Your family favored the knuckle bones of the women and children, do they not?

Yilgtyg loosed a laugh from his chest that seemed to rumble within the room. He knew he had pleased the son of his former employer and had just infact prolonged his stay and reputation with these men of the east. After all, they worked towards the same goals... What would it hurt to pad his pockets with extra coin?

"Most excellent, Hunter . I see why my father used you against the order during the first war. You've earned your keep and more. Feast, drink and rest. We have just received reinforcements from our comrades to the east. They sent a fresh detatchment of soldiers as well as slaves. Have your equipment cleaned, perhaps find one of the women. Enjoy your stay in our place, Domdrudis. For your services will be utilized heavily and paid for as such." The man stood with a beaming smile, taking the trinkets laid upon the table and bowing towards Domdrudis who simply knelt and lowered his head.

"What is your bidding, my lord?"
