A man by the name of Haint came to the infirmary, told me he had been asked, or rather told, by others that he was meant to meet with me. There was nothing ailing the man from what I could examine, nor did he complain about any aches or other ailments.
I thought there may be a problem with his eyesight, as he covers the eyes with an old cloth. When I inquired about it, the man assured me that his eyesight was fine and this was by choice. I persuaded him to remove the blindfold so that I could examine his eyes and confirm that everything was in working order. Aside from adjustment to the light, his eyes appear fine. I still do not understand why he's chosen to do this as his explanation made little sense.
He overpaid for the examination and refused to take any coin back in return. I offered him some small supplies to make up the difference, he agreed.
The note made mention of his madness and yet, I'm unable to find any signs of it, aside from this oddity of covering his eyes. His mind seems clear and he's able to answer as any other would. I begin to wonder if someone is trying to make a fool of me by sending him here. Even so I've offered him to come back, should he feel ill or find any aches he failed to mention.
