I read the journals In the archives...I saw the maps, and I read about my fathers warband, doing their last stand north in Eregion..So it was true.. Matheric was right..
The book slipped from my hands, and hit the floor with a smash. Matheric came up to me and picked up the book, and placed it back carefully in the bookshelfs..
So it was true. my father was dead...No use to search for him anymore, no use to hope anymore, and occupie my thought with silly dreams and ideas..
I decided to go to Eregion, and I found a beautiful place south of Mirobel. I arranged a little ceremony by the river Gladuin that lies north of Enedwaith.. The day was bright and the wind was blowing to the east..My friend Matheric that again offered himself to guide me, waited patiently.
It was a solemn moment, and I played a song that I wrote to my father once...Moondance.. A song I made to my father, when he left me under the bright moon on the sky over Combe. I wont play it again.. the song will rest with the memory with my father.. .I picked my favorite flowers and let Gladuin carry the flowers to a peaceful place, and I hoped it would bring them to my fathers resting place.....I almost could hear his voice, when the flowers went out of my sight.. From that moment I felt relived... Maybe I can now continue my life now.. And maybe there will be a new start for me. And maybe I can repair my relationship to my daughter Welin, and Linrond...And maybe there will be a new start for my music, and our little band touring around...
Though I wont forget my father.. he will always be in my heart.. But it's time to bring peace to his memory..In that way I will able to continue and live my life...
