Firam has always hated the idea of betraying someone who trusts him, now he has been tasked with doing just that, after a meeting with Annsuel, Zurich, and Harlyn they had tasked Firam with getting Aellwenn alone so they could kidnap her and torture her.
To get Aellwenn alone Firam had told her exactly what was going to happen, and after talking they both agreed that this was the only way of avoiding bloodshed, by giving herself up to Indignation.
An hour or so later Firam watched in horror as Harlyn beat Aellwenn for reasons Firam has yet to know, after watching Harlyn cut off one of her fingers he had enough, he took his chance we the rescue crew arrived and walked out the door. He had later been pleased with finding out that Aellwenn has escaped alive.
