Making a gift

When Fion learned about Neyaa's pregnancy he felt happy for the two, Neyaa and Hardoleth and he wanted to make them a gift, but he didn't know what was right. Then, after going for hunting with Deor he got an idea, to make a cradle for the new Dawner. He haven't worked with wood before, so it was going to be difficult for him, but after the first efforts he managed to make it. He made a Bloody Dawn cradle for the new member.

Fiontann went to the Lumbercamp, Northeast of Bree and found some mallorn tree planks, he had them dyed walnut brown and started working on them. The lower part of the cradle was steady with four strong, carved legs to keep it upright. The upper part was made carefully and with all his care, the upper sides of the bars were made to look like swords' hilts, with the sigil of the Bloody Dawn on the pommels. On the head of the cradle he carved the sigil of the Dawn on a bigger plank with the first letters of each of the parents' names carved on the back of it.

Then he made sure the whole thing was good and safe for use and hired a cart to take it to the Dawnhall. He left it there with a sheet on it to cover it and a note in it.
