To raise awareness about the sad fact that the Southfarthing gate has been closed for ever so long, Simbo is planning a concert ter make the mayor unlock the silly thing. Or at least, to allow hobbits to have a good time! Yer can read more about the concert on the Grand Order notice board, including the current band listing.
