Background
As the daylight was fading away, a hooded woman walked into Bree. Her face was veiled by a shadow, only the glint of her eyes was seen as she eyed the unfamiliar surroundings of a new place. The overwhelming stilness of the place and the upcoming night made her wary enough to follow the winding path of a drunken dwarf. It led her to the Prancing Pony, a crowded inn full of different folk and she intently studied many new faces which surrounded her and those faces laughed, and frowned and told many tales. Them tales were about far away lands, darkness and light, ancient battles and some more recent happenings. Inpired by their words, the woman decided to gather a company of friends in whose company her strength and knowledge would grow, and with whom she would get to know the world. She would call that company Duskforged, as at dusk it was when her old life ended and a new, better one began.
(OOC)
Duskforged is a casual kinship with emphasis on enjoying the game, both through questing and roleplaying.
Players of all levels are welcome to our ranks. Helping each other is a priority, whether you need help in killing that boar that gave you the evil eye on the road, or in crafting.
As for the roleplaying part, it is optional and there is no obligatory background story that everyone should follow. Instead, players are encouraged to create their own, diverse stories and make roleplaying with other kinnies more unpredictable and fun. Are you a mighty warrior, who kills whatever comes in sight, from goblins to squirrels, a simple peasant who only wants to get drunk in the Prancing Pony every night, an outcast of questionable morality, or something completely different? Great, we want just that!
