We camped for three Nights and four Days on the summit of Weathertop, however our rations were running low. Twice did I have to hunt for our dinner. The first time I had to I managed to kill four birds *frowns at the amount of birds flying around the summit*, though it could have been none as Lu was constantly shouting whilst I needed to concentrate, the second time I managed to kill a boar, though that was on our way back... The days on the summit were magical, the scenery was sublime and the stars and moon were as bright as ever.
*sighs happily as he daydreams about the days on the Weathertop summit*
Before setting out, Lu and I had a argument about carrying bags and once again did Lu mention that she was still recovering from child birth after nearly three months *again rolls his eyes lightly*. I have heard it plenty of times before, though I would not have it that I would carry four or five bags while Lu carries one bag or none at all. On our way back Lu and I spent one night again at the path which lead up to Weathertop.
Orcs were always in the back of our minds once we saw them two dead Orcs near the Weathertop arch, however I never thought of actually encountering Orcs so close to Bree-land. *has a worried expression on his face as he continues writing*. There were four of five Orcs that were patrolling the area it seems, both Lu and I managed to sneak past most of them save one. The last Orc that we saw, spotted us and came rushing towards Lu and myself, thankfully I managed to kill it.. but poor Lu fainted again when she saw the dead Orc and blood spatters.
*gazes lovingly at Lu as he remembers when she wiped the blood spatters from his face*
Lu truly is my loving protector.. We both decided to hurry back to the Forsaken Inn, hardly pausing at all. Once we reached the Inn we had a large meal and slipped in some rations for the next few days *laughs softly*.. However Lu and I would have the third and last argument the next morning..
Once again the recovery issue got raised, either by Lu or myself as I cannot remember who raised the subject. Off I went to have a nap whilst Lu was cleaning herself, I quickly went to sleep apparently and hey presto! – Lu came rushing into the room after she had changed, jumping onto the mattress and acting as she was just a child and I had stolen all the sweets. Obviously she was upset as I did not believe that she was still recovering and I decided to ignore Lu as she mocked me.. Lu asked when my mother gave birth to her second child, to which I said four years. Lu then mockingly said that I was a healer of four years old as I told her it did not take nearly three months for a woman to fully recover.
I did not feel like arguing then, though Lu was ill pleased with the ignoring issue and she decided to throw a pillow straight into my face *looks down as he thinks of the pillow he received in his face, having a light sulk* I was deeply upset, though Lu was deeply upset as well and I truly am sorry to ignore Lu if she ever gets to read this journal.
The journey home was very emotional though that did not make our trip any less magnificent and romantic, though I am glad to be home now, with Lu, our babies, both our dog and cat, Sae and Ena and of course all the faithful workers we have.
*sighs happily and closes the journal, placing it beneath the bed and falls asleep nearly instantly*
