Spring Anew
It is empty now
As cloud melts
Rain bleeds from azure stone
Cracked and worn in time
Cold is this Winter’s crime
Half depleted
Still persisting,
Again resisting,
From this winter,
Into the next,
And then after:
Countless suns,
Countless moons,
And unending rains
It is empty;
I see now error,
Where once joy
I see surrender,
With the eyes of a boy
I forgive you.
