Background
The Story of Aeyra is that of sorrow and joy.
Since she was a little cub, Aeyra has been known for being different than her brothers and sisters. Aeyra sees the world with different eyes and never understood the distrustful behavior of her fellows. Thus, she was named after her grandmother Eire, who lived a secluded life at the edge of Beornings’ society.
Aeyra was often given wary glances of her kin and even her mother and father could not show sympathy for their daughter. Hence, she did not enjoy the company of others, except for Grimlorn, her best and only friend. For he did not judge her as others did. Yet Aeyra’s childhood was filled with joy of chasing down butterflies, mending injured birds and squirrels, visiting old Eire for counsel and gardening and sharing these memories together with Grimlorn.
Aeyra often wondered what the world outside of the Vales would look like. What a joy it was when Grimbeorn announced that she may assist the free folk in the fight of the uprising evil! Her only regret was to leave Grimlorn and old Eire behind. But to explore the vast lands of this earth and meeting new people of all sorts is a truly glorious venture. After all this time in the Vales, Aeyra finally had the chance to create something unique for herself.
And so, Aeyra makes her first steps into unknown territory. What will await her? What evil will she face? What dangers lurk ahead? Only time will tell…
