Fimlach was named for the red hair upon his head, which has ever been untamable; falling about his shoulders in errant waves and making him appear rather unkempt by elven measure. His eyes are bright and ever-smiling, shining pale green beneath angled brows and fully alight with the deep-seated curiosity of the Firstborn. Tall and slender he stands; long-limbed and lithe, with skin that is unmarked and fair save for the faint shadows about his eyes and the slight lines upon his brow. His choice of raiment is chosen always for comfort rather than statement and is most often the colour of flame or wine, a match for his hair and the brooch clasped at his throat. |

Background
Born to the fair lands of Lothlórien, Fimlach was raised in peace and safety on tales of great deeds and feats of lore and craft. He is a dreamer and an idealist, as much in love with history and the gaining of new knowledge as he is with the beauty of the Mallorn of his homeland.
Fimlach studied for a great many years as apprentice to an historian in Lórien; though in his heart he yearned to see the lands he had studied for himself, not content to merely read of them and hear of them in song. And so leaving Lórien, he set forth into the wide spaces of Middle Earth, determined to see as much of the world as he could before his time to leave the lands for good came upon him. Fimlach traveled for a time with Ravannan, the daughter of his former master, who shared his desire to see the world beyond the Lady's borders.
Nowadays however, Fimlach is most often seen in the company of young the young elf-maiden Iriniel. The two met by chance upon the road and have been close companions ever since. Iriniel helps the docile Fimlach out of the trouble he often inevitably wanders into and he in turn shares with her stories of past and present.
