Background
The Northern Watch, fully known as the Order of the Northern Watch of Arnor, is a Gondorian military order founded in Minas Tirith shortly after the War of the Ring in TA 3019.
The Order is currently lead by Lord Moralphon Helcharon (Thandanar), a Knight of Gondor who joined the Order whilst also venturing through Eriador.
