| Outward Appearance | Still quite a good looking lad ( considering his age ). Four feet and six inches, he is taller than average, a trait he inherited from his mother side of the family. A warm smile and gentle features. Elyja is charming and wise and carries himself very well, he is a hobbit of few words, somewhat mysterious, but has an inviting presence about him. Fine lines appears around his green eyes when he smiles, and silver strands in his hair revealing his age with charm. Elyja is strong and fit, and loves to spend time outside, exploring the hidden paths and forgotten legends of the Shire

Background
This tale opens on the northern outskirts of Dwaling, where 10 years-old Elyja lives happily with his parents until one day his father Mylo dies after a short illness. Left alone with her son, Thyme is forced to sell the family home and and move into the the old Brightmore Estate in the Southfarthing . On the first night in the new house, Elyja discover a passage inside the library leading to a secret room, and later find
"RUFUS BRIGHTMORE'S JOURNAL TO THE HIDDEN PATHS OF THE SHIRE AND WORLD AROUND YOU"
an ancient hand-written and unfinished book with information on all sorts of weird and queer things including faeries, goblins, and such, hidden inside a chest in the secret cellar. The book comes with a warning that the information contained in it not meant to be in the wrong hands. What follows are many adventures and incredible discoveries - Elija is determined to finish the work his great great grandfather Rufus has started. This quest takes over his life - Elyja will spend many years exploring the hidden paths of the Shire and the mysterious creatures that still live unseen among the remote forests and forgotten caves. His writing and detailed drawings are slowly filling the blank pages of the book. In his spare time, Eljya enjoys the peace and quiet of the Northfarthing and playing music. He has recently moved Brockenborings in search of more information about hobgoblings, urisks and faeries, and it is here that one night as he is walking through the apple orchards he notice a solitary hobbit sitting quietly under the the moon and the stars...
