Thamas Baul - Halls of Torment
After the many failures of those sent by Angmar to Bree-Land, an Angmarian Lieutenant named Etsija was sent by his masters to take over and oversee the plans to Harrass and finally conquer all of Bree-Land in the name of Angmar.
After arriving in Bree-land with his Blood priestess Varazadi, they quickly established themselves among the enemies of the free people in Bree-Land through blood and intimidation, securing alliances and giving themselves a foothold to begin their plans for Bree-Land.
