Finnvi was born into a family of low social standing in Laketown, whose main business is the tanning of hides. From a young age, she worked many different jobs around town as well as using her hunting skills to bolster her family's income.
She appeared east of the Misty Mountains a few years ago, but has since avoided or lied her way out of any questions about it. Finnvi is mostly seen in and around Bree, offering her skills to anyone who'll pay. She also periodically goes east or north for a while to join companies of hunters and fur-trappers. Making ends meet is her priority, but she also enjoys music and going on a trip for exploration and adventure, if she can afford it.

She is quick with both jokes and taunts and maintains an easygoing, uncaring attitude. Getting to know her better, one might discover that her demeanour is not built on true confidence, and that facing problems, admitting mistakes or apologising is not her strong side.
She feels at home in the company of dwarves, but tends to avoid elves. Her special interest seems to be books, as she often asks if one might know a merchant who trades them or a library one can visit.
