At the Dwarven Caravan Market in Thorin's Hall, the chaotic elf Diamondcake, who self identifies as Chief Tormentor of Frimsi, seeks to annoy Frimsi by constantly setting off fireworks. She is met with some measure of success, as Frimsi does not take kindly to his expensive cloak potentially being caught on fire.
