The Fourth Age: With Last of Her Strength
Forngarmo, back in Tinnudir after returning from her expedition to Forochel.
Forngarmo spent another two days in the town before feeling good enough to move forward. The ranger ate some of her rations to keep herself going then took the tundra horse once again and moved towards Ja Kuru, hoping that the camp wasn't there anymore. After all she did see those enemies back in the Fortress. She reached its entrance after an hour and gladly she was right, the way was now clear to pass, which made her journey through faster. Forngarmo passed through the icy corridors, to soon reach the forests of Taur Orthonn again. She felt more calm about her journey now that she was far away from her arch-enemy but she knew that she needs to come back and finish what she couldn't this time. Taechoo was too dangerous for most to deal with, but it was a final task that she needed to accomplish during her life. The weather was calm, no snowfall and no strong wind. Forngarmo stopped near a small lake in the forest to let her horse drink and to rest from the endless rush then she moved after a few minutes, rushing through towards Kauppa Kohta, her final remaining stop in Forochel, then slid down her horse as she reached the city and let it roam freely and moved towards the fire to eat something warm and then sleep through the night.
The Dunadan fought the chill in her body and managed to sleep until early morning, then prepared herself for the final leg of her journey. She mounted up and got on her way back to Evendim. After a while she passed through the last bit of Forochel before turning her horse towards Ost Forod. She entered Ost Forod and looked for a good spot to rest a bit and eat the rest of her rations before getting on her way towards Tinnudir. The ranger sat down by the fire, fighting the chill going through her body. She was hoping that she will get better by the time but it didn't pass. Forngarmo felt her body being freezing cold and the strength leaving it but she remained strong enough to get herself up and continue on her way. She sighed with relief when after a few hours she passed the bridge towards Tinnudir then slid down her horse and used last of her strength to get back to the fire. When she accomplished that, her legs finally gave up and she fell to the ground near the fire. The ranger settled herself as comfortable as possible and decided to sleep, while also fighting the strange chill. She knew she had to manage through it as she was needed back in Forochel and with her companions from The Order.
