Background
Survivors of Gondolin, of Nargothrond, of massacres and sacks from Aman itself to Eregion and even the former Greenwood have come together under the banner of Losengriol. We were founded in tribute to Lord Glinthir's service in the House of the Golden Flower of Gondolin..
The greater part of our small house are Ñoldor, and we strive to avoid the failings of our elders while preserving and prizing their mighty knowledge and craft. Other kindreds have joined our cause, notably including Silvan refugees from the shadowed Woodland Realm.
Our business is not primarily to the west -- for indeed some of us labour under the great Doom -- but in the other directions, where the great Shadow creeps close. All of our knowledge, craft, and might of arms is spent on fighting the Long Defeat, that when we may in whatever fashion leave these shores, they shall be a worthy gift to the Mortals who come after us.
