The merry fellowship of dwarves and men arrive in Lake-town after a long and ardous journey through Mirkwood, and they quickly find themselves in the local tavern where several rounds of beer, cheer and tales go around the table.

With many of the mountain passes still snowed in and goblin attacks at a relative minimum, the dwarves of the Regiment flock to the tavern-hall for some recreational gambling and drinking. 

Bemused, the Hobbit and Beorning shrug, then continue sipping their drinks.

"Oi!" exclaims the baffled Dwarf, who then hastily clambers about on his hands and knees gathering the Hobbit's coins from the floor.

Instead, the tall Beorning stoops down to speak to the tiny barkeep and says "A flagon of mead for me," without offering payment.

With a grand gesture the Dwarf sweeps the coins to the floor with his broad hand, replacing them with coins of his own, and says, "A tankard of ale for me and whatever my friends are having." He steps back from the counter, fully expecting the Beorning to follow suit.

A Hobbit, a Dwarf, and a Beorning walk into a tavern...

The Hobbit plops a few coins onto the counter and says to the barkeep, "A mug of beer for me and whatever my friends are having."
