Ode To An Ugly Hobbit - A Poem

One ugly, ugly hobbit
was as ugly as she could be;
One ugly of a hobbit
as you will ever see.
Her hair so straight not curly
Her feet not big, but small.
Dislike she had for pies
Ate twice a day in all
Her hands so soft and tiny
Too tall she was for sure.
Avoid the ugly hobbit
For she there is no cure.
The other hobbits taunted her
and teased him 'til she cried.
They made her feel unwanted that made her want
to run away and hide.
Until the day she knew
that she could simply take no more
and went and left the Shire
So tired was she to be teased, ignored
She went to distant lands
And learned a lot from there
Inside the heart is what
Makes hobbits lovely and fair.
And in her travels far
A hobbit lad she met in May
Straight hair and tiny feet
She felt for him that day.
The hobbit lad then smiled
in the most sweetest way
and said, "I think you are beautiful
Come , be with me and stay".
So hand in hand they went
And life was good and fun
Along the path that runs
West of the moon, East to the Sun.
Its what inside that count
No curls, or pie, or feet
All hobbit are very beautiful
Tall, short...all very sweet.
One ugly, ugly hobbit
Was not so ugly see
Just different, unique
As special as one can be.
