Reply to the letter

Dear Guriwen
I would like to start this letter with letting you know that I never would expected you to lie, or never would force that upon you. I never did hide from whom I am, or try to deny it, and I don't hide from my past from either. I am well aware of the things I had did during the war. But that's how war works, There's never really a good side on the battle front if you'd ask me. Yes the forces for which I was working might been the evil kind, however either on that side there were still some good people, more than plenty that had died in the war by other side of the coin, like few of my good Umbar civilian friends who had nothing to do with the war. Should I blame the Gondorians, or rangers for it? Perhaps I could, but I choosed not to. The war has ended, it's in the past, if we were to host trail for everyone that took part in it I bet the bloodshed would never end. That's at least my take on it, the cycle of hatred would never stop.

But I agree with you that since we have more recruits now, it is good idea to let them know more about me perhaps. They maybe might do feel same way as you do. However you also might have some stuff mixed up also. My past is my own, that's true. However I feel all the things I did since I created the kin, and things I told Mowine to do were all not bad, or as bad as you think they were. Like taking the gold from bandits and looting them. Selling their inventory to the people that might find them usefull for low price to benefit them and our company, also does not seem wrong to me, or more serious matters like assasinating a rapist that we got hired to do, does not also seem something as evil in my eyes. But that's for debate I guess. All the stuff company does it's for the good of Eriador and it's people, there were some dirty cases as I mentioned above, but nothing that could seem as wrong. If anything my war crimes are stuff we can blame me for and demand justice, but Company work in my eyes has always been clean.

Speaking for the tavern, all the task Mowine did for Company were clean, as for what he did personally or behind my back I don't know nothing about that, but if you have any information regarding that always feel free to share, and seems there might be something in the air, so I will respect your wish for now and put the kin tavern on hold. As for my crimes and so on, I think good idea will be next kin meeting to give out more information, what you say?

Speaking of tasks, how's the gathering wood going? I guess you had some troubles with the rangers from reading your letter, are you comming empty handed and I need to look for other place to negotiate? What's the situation looking like?

Deorla

- Deorla takes the letter, slowly rolls it up and puts in an envelope with Company logo in right corner. Few hours later she finally arrived at Shire, and gave the letter to ones of the hobbits working on delivery, as she was in a rush, she payed him extra to make sure the letter will be delivered with haste.
