Volunteers as a spokesperson needed for a Monthly Town-Hall meeting

We plan to announce a Monthly Town-Hall in Bree-Town meeting fairly soon, this shall be done once the first date is known to us. But for such a meeting where everyone can voice their opinion, order is needed.
